AACPMAS Application Problems

Did anyone have problems with their application? It still says they haven't received one of my transcripts which was sent out over 10 days ago. The other two transcripts they received, but this one they didn't. I am wondering if they maybe misplaced it. Did anyone else run into problems like these?

Also, how long did it take AACPMAS to send out your files to the individual schools? How long did it take for the schools to respond back to you? Please share your experiences.

I typed a long response earlier today only to have the forum go down before I could submit it. So to make my longer post short; I sent in my transcripts on Sep. 5th (from WA so i'd bet it took a good week to get there), e-submitted my app on the 16th, and they didn't have my GPA and coursework verified until Sep. 28th-ish. The interview offers started rolling in about 3-4 days later. AACPMAS is slow, the schools are not...you're fine

Is the priority deadline on June 30th? I started the application but haven't submitted yet. What schools did u guys apply to? Should I go ahead and request my transcripts, LOR, and test scores to be sent to the AACPM before e-submit my application or wait until I actually submit the application online? I'm planning to submit it in mid Feb. Is it too late? Do u know if most schools already fill their classes by this time? Another disadvg. are that I haven't shadow a podiatrist yet. I;m planning to do it soon right after I submit my application and that I'm retaking my MCAT in April. I asked some of the schools they said just go ahead and apply and indicate the MCAT test date in the Spring. Eventhough they said that, I'm kind of not sure if the schools already filled by the time I have everything complete. It's just gonna waste money. Should I wait for the next appl. cycle or just take risk and apply this year? Thanks so much for your opinions and advice.

Confused person,

I would go ahead and submit all transcripts and LORs before E-submitting your application. That way, they'll have everything when you're ready to E-submit.

Thanks for the responses. I think they misplaced my transcript which sucks big time, because I just ordered another one to them.
