AACPMS GPA calculation

AACPMAS shows that they have received my transcript Oct.13.
How long it usually takes to have GPA calculated and show up on the system?
Do I need to wait for it to be displayed before apply?

It took about three to four weeks for me, no you do not need to wait to submit your application, submit it as soon as you are done filling it out and they will still calculate your gpa before they send it out.
