yea i have a feeling that a lot of applicants wont have an entry for this section or for the research tab...i dont think its a big deal at all.

I'm thinking leadership conferences, etc.... I'm putting in Governor's School for Health Care, which I did right before college. It says in the instructions you can put high school stuff in there too.

This is the instruction on that matter but I'm 100% sure what I can really put down in there. Does it have to be dental or health-related?

Thanks for the clarification. I think I was under the impression that this section had to be academic. Do you think I could put my experience at the Chicago Dental Society MidWinter Meeting? I also have organized and attended various continuing education seminars for referring dentists on behalf of my boss; would that work, too?
