If I want to take my DAT in June when should I submit my AADSAS?? Or can I submit the AADSAS without the DAT scores?? Cause a friend of mind recommended submitting the DAT about 2-3 wks after I submit the ADSAS so that the Scores and Application can get to the schools at around the same time...

What do you guys think and/or recommend??

I need to know the answer to this too. Apparantly there is a 4 to 6 week lag before your AADSAS application gets to the dentistry schools. There is a 2 week lag for your official DAT scores to reach the schools as well.

But the thing I dont get is....can you leave your DAT scores blank on your AADSAS application? Will they send it to the colleges with the DAT scores being blank? I plan to submit the DAT scores to the colleges early june.

You can submit your AADSAS without your DAT scores. Submit your AADSAS stuff as soon as you can. They have to verify your transcripts and get everything together before they mail it out... and that takes a couple weeks.

Yes... you can leave that part blank.
Schools typically make a file for each applicant, and dont even consider them until they are 'complete'. .. which means official test scores, letters of rec, and all that other business.
Sending DAT scores after you submit your AADSAS wont hurt you... as long as the scores get there around the same time your application does.
I submitted my application right in mid may... but didnt take my DAT until early July. I got 3 interviews... two before December... with average stats.
