On September 14, my pre-health office sent out my LORs (4 of them) to AADSAS via regular USPS mail. By October 3rd, AADSAS still has not updated their website with "LORs received." I was worried. That same day, I went to my Pre-Health Office with the 5th letter and said, "They don't seem to have the letters, it's been quite a few days now ... can we send out this new letter and my 4 previous letters via overnight fedex?"

In 2 days, I got an email from AADSAS requesting an update to the Evaluator section. Once updated, all 5 letters got put in the following day.

So, here's the question: Anyone else got lightning quick responses from AADSAS when you send them stuff via overnight fedex?

As far as I know, you are only allowed to designate 3 LORs. Any more than that, they would toss out the ones not designated as a reference. I'm not sure how this would screw up the processing time.

Lastly, AADSAS is not the most reliable nor dependable. When you call them you get the run around. You could just hope that they have them and did't update the website. Other than that, it's mainly a wait game.

I didn't see a place to designate a LOR as a reference. Could you be a little more specific?

If you go to the AADSAS website and check under status and then evaluators there is space for only three references and the option to print the corresponding LOR cover form/letter.
