1) If I held three positions in a single organization (and two in another), do I have to list them separately as 3 different extracurricular events? I want to put all three down to show my commitment to the organization but because I want to get credit for the amount of time I've put in/leadership roles I've taken, but it feels so redundant... especially trying to list them by importance.

2) I've done a ton of volunteering, but it's mainly for 4-5 different organizations. Would I need to list them individually? Or could I just put them all into one event?

3) I'm also doing research 30+ hours of research starting in July and also recently got elected as President of an organization for the next school year.... how do we mention future significant extracurricular activities on our application? Someone told me there was a place to do this.

4) Lastly, for the number of hours we put into each event every week... we can just estimate unless we have a set schedule for like research, right? For several of my organizations, the hours constantly vary due to events behind held one week and not the next, etc.

5) Does it look bad if I send in my matching forms and letter of recs... and they receive them before my application is e-submitted? Basically... would it look bad if they had to hold on to my matching forms/LOR and wait for my application to come? My own thinking is that... since it's AADSAS and not the actual schools that are receiving these materials first, it doesn't matter and getting the matching forms/LORs in asap is the best way to go, regardless of whether I already have my application submitted or not.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

No don't do that, just combine the total hours together and mention your 3 different positions.

List them separately.

Basically, to indicate that you are still doing a particular activity, don't put an end date. Insert the month/yr that you started, but leave the end part blank.

Just average the hours out, schools know this.

Send your LORs and forms as soon as you can. Your app does not need to be submitted for them to upload your letters to your application.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
