In high school, I took several AP courses. While these did not get me out of any university requirements, they did count towards the 128 required credits for graduation. Do I report these on AADSAS?
wait really? i thought AP classes didnt count b.c there's no grade for them...
ok then i have many ap classes to declare, they all show on my unofficial transcript so im assuming they will be on the official...
what do i do when it comes to the grade for them then... just n/a or something? on my transcrip its listed as a TR for transfer but i dont have the grades for them anymore anywhere i took these classes my sophomore junior and senior years of hs at my HS.
Q: How do I list Advanced Placement (AP) coursework?
A: List the college/university that originally posted your Advanced Placement coursework in the Colleges Attended section. Then, in the Coursework section, enter the AP courses for which you received credit. Indicate in the "special designations" section that the courses are AP.
I took post secondary classes in high school, and they were college classes.
So I'm assuming I can just report these as "normal" college courses.
Anyone have any input on this?
I would assume so, and you'd just list them as you would any other college course. That's my guess.
From what I understand, we list out courses on a term-by-term basis. Does this mean our course list is subdivided into semesters on the application? If so, how do we date AP classes that were completed in high school, if they appear on a college transcript?
