AADSAS coursework section regarding lecture and lab

I am completing the “coursework” section on AADSAS. AADSAS states for us to write the name of the course exactly as it appears on our personal (unofficial) transcripts, which is what I did.

At some large institutions, students register for a lab separately from the course. But at my school all the biology and chemistry courses come with a lab. Also, my school does not indicate on the transcripts that all the bio and chem courses I’ve taken come with a lab.

Will adcoms know that the courses I took have labs? Will they ask me at the interview? What do you guys suggest I do?

I'm legitimately interested in the answer to this. Most of my bio and phys courses were 3 credits and included the lab component (but it doesnt say this on the transcript), while for Ochem, I had a lecture worth 3 credits plus a lab component worth one credit that appears as a separate course.
