I sent my official transcripts a month ago and they never received them. So I called today to see what the hell was going on. They told me to fax over a copy. So I did and wahlah! Two hours later they were up as being received.

I was amazed... 😱

I tried to check my application online but don't know where to look.

That's exactly what I said! But they told me to do it and it worked...So it's all good. 😀

Go onto your AADSAS app and look under the STATUS bar. I haven't submitted my app either...soon.

i have to say that they are doing a good job so far. I was really freaked out by others on SDN telling about their horrible experiences last round. So, i sent in everything early and they've gotten all my LORs and transcipts and have verified my GPA. The only thing left is to mail the printouts to the schools. Thumbs up 👍 to them and good to both us and aadsas, hoping everything will run much much better this time around for everyone!!

Thanks to your post OP I gave em a call and got the number. Transcript is on its way. I have been waiting a month for this thing to get received. Lookin forward to my calculated gpa.

Can't you get the transcripts yourself and overnight them to aadsas? This would be problem free, because it has tracking on the package. This will get it there asap. Also same for the LOR. This is what I plan on doing. 😀

I did mail one directly myself with several others in the same package. Not all of them were received post-arrival (so one of them was lost after arriving there). I doubled up and requested more immediately but it still wasn't received.

After faxing today I now have my official gpa only a few hours later.

I had an issue with some course classifications and they fixed it within 48 hrs via email. 👍

I give them a 👍 as well! One of my transcripts took almost a month to show up and it did yesterday. I thought I'd be waiting another month to get my GPAs and they are there today!!! 🙂 Way to go AADSAS!

I faxed my transcript at noon today and nothing changed.... I have a feeling I will have to drive out there and personally hand them the damn thing.

They told me to put "ATTN: Ann Donnely." That was a week ago however, I have sent my official transcript three times since May 18th and faxed an unofficial transcript last week. I also found out that if you fax a transcript over to Ann Donnely you can't actually contact Ann to make sure she got it. She's in Mass. and the AADSAS switchboard is in D.C. I think. She has no phone number apparently and the operators say they have no way of contacting her. I just want to find out how two transcripts could have been lost and wether or not they have my damn unofficial transcript. Everyone seems to be having good luck with AADSAS, however, with me it's the same old poop. I'm going bald much earlier than I anticipated. (end of venting)

having same problem here. 2 of my transcripts out of 5 were lost (they were in one envelope). I faxed 2 transcripts and the confirmation page says "ERROR". I emailed ann donnelly for verification but no reply. don't know what to do.
