AADSAS GPA Discrepancy

Should I be concerned? I have read that the gpa AADSAS calculates can be totally different than the one you calculate on your own. Why is this, and how much fluctuation can I expect?

Also, can I count my 4 quarters of math classes in my science gpa? Thanks!
