So I already submitted my application only to realize that I think I did my gpa conversion wrong. Instead of using AADSAS's conversion table, I used my University's which has slight differences in the cut-offs. Should I be worried and will I have to re-submit my application?

You should definitely contact AADSAS and ask them about this ASAP. Entering in the wrong grades could delay the processing of your application longer than necessary.
I don't think you need to be worried because when AADSAS will calculate the GPA according their own standards anyway....so whatever mistake you may have made will be rectified by AADSAS automatically....but I could be wrong....
