AADSAS Grade conversion

Even tho i searched around, i just cant come to understand how you convert your college grade to AADSAS Grade. The community college I went to did not do any + or - on grading, it was simply an A, B, C, D or Fail. so if I got an "A", how does that convert to the AADSAS Grade? would it be an A there too? or would it be an A+. i just dont want to be screwed on my GPA. their instructions are horrible.

The +/- accounts for 0.3 of a grade point.

A+ = 4.0
A = 4.0
A- = 3.7
B+ = 3.3
B = 3.0
B- = 2.7

etc....
