AADSAS letter of recommendation matching form

Finished the AADSAS! Submitting nearly gave me a heart attack. But now somewhere off in the corner (that I hardly noticed), it says something about Letter of Recomendation Matching forms. In the FAQ section it says those need to be submitted to your recommender when they are submitting a paper copy. It's not exactly clear about what to do when they are sending an electronic copy, so if they are, do we also have to send them a matching form? And if so, where is it?
