Schools will want to know what is your relationship is like with the writer. How long have they known you? Do they know you enough to write a sincere letter? What exactly do they have to say about you? Don't pick a writer that has never heard of your name or they'll write you a generic boilerplate letter that gives zero indication as to the content of your character. You'll want to find someone who knows you well.

if i get rejected from all my school this cycle do i have to new recommendation letters from new ppl? or can i reuse them for the next

thank you , bc I was worried, bc I had most of my classes during covid it was hard to get a real connection with a prof, so I found it hard to get strong recommendation letters and asking them again from them to write them seem like it can irritate them, also how to I recycle them? also do i need them to include a signature

I just got an email that one of my professors cant able to write a recommendation letter, and now im so disappointed, she was my last hope, bc of I'm finding it hard for prof to write a recommendation letter. i have email a replace one, but im not sure if it will be strong. please pray for me.

consider it a blessing in disguise that she told you she isn't able to write the letter. If she wrote it and said negative things, then it was going to kill your application.
Think outside the box, family or friends who are may not necessarily work at your school....

You neeed them to talk about SPECIFICS. A SPECIFIC example of something you did that showed you are exceptional, or showed a quality that dental schools may be looking for. Multiple SPECIFICS. So it helps if they know you well...
