AADSAS Lost My Transcript!!

I've sent in my transcript to AADSAS more than a month ago. I received an email and message saying that they received it. The weird thing was that the "Transcript Receipt" section of my application was never updated. Called them today and the guy said they might have lost it!! Geez, for how much money we've paid for their services, I would expect more professional service!!

Just wondering if anybody had the same problems. I've searched around the forum and seems like the general consensus is that AADSAS sucks!!!!!!!

You actually recieved an email saying that they recieved it? It may just be tha they havent updated the status of the transcript but they have it on file. I had asked them to change part of my application due to an error on my part. The error caused them to wait for my graduate transcript. They said they changed the error for me two weeks ago but my app status still says that theyre waiting for my transcript. I called back 3 times just to make sure I got the same answer and that they weren't just making this up. Try calling the AADSAS just to make sure they have it.

If the guy said, 'might have lost it' then there is a chance they could still have it and just not updated their website. Also, different thing I notice from this years app was the different address you're suppose to send the transcripts to. Last year, the transcripts went to AADSAS directly in Washington, DC. This year they changed it and you have to send it to some transcript verification place in Mass. I called them and some lady said, if you send it to AADSAS, then they will forward your transcripts to Mass. This could delay the processing time an addition week or two so I opted to express mail it to them directly. Maybe it could have gotten lost in transit from Washington to Mass. if you sent it to AADSAS.

Yeah, I noticed that the new address they have on the Transcript Matching Form is different from the form I used in June. Weird... Hopefully they do have my transcript. Just gonna delay the transcript verification time and the mail out.... 😡What can I do??!!

Just wondering if your transcript got verified faster because you sent it to the Massachusetts place instead of the Washington place.Let me know because I'm thinking of re-sending a new transcript using courier mail

Yeah, I noticed that the new address they have on the Transcript Matching Form is different from the form I used in June. Weird... Hopefully they do have my transcript. Just gonna delay the transcript verification time and the mail out.... 😡What can I do??!!

Just wondering if your transcript got verified faster because you sent it to the Massachusetts place instead of the Washington place.Let me know because I'm thinking of re-sending a new transcript using courier mail

I sent my transcripts to MA via the express address on August 11 from Canada. They received them yesterday. Once they have verified my transcripts I'll let you know. I checked my status on AADSAS under transcript status and they say not yet received. Verification process of transcripts based on the info posted is between 4-6 weeks. Hopefully, it doesn't take that long. If I were you, I would call AADSAS again and verify the status of your transcripts and ask if there would be any problems in sending a duplicate copy just in case it IS lost. Just make sure whomever you speak with know what they are talking about in case your duplicate copy is treated as a revision and you are delayed again.

My transcripts left the post office on Friday 12 from Alberta, Canada, and AADSAS has already updated my status to received. There is no calculated GPA (4-6 weeks), but the site is telling me they got them along with my LORs. Hopefully, I can have my apps sent to the schools in time for interviews for first round admissions.

Did you they tell you anything about your 'missing' transcripts? Hope all is good. Good luck.

NO, but I've decided to send in the "missing" transcripts using courier mail on Monday. Hopefully AADSAS will receive it on Tuesday/Wednesday (cuz I'm paying $21 for the courier mail!!) and verify it ASAP. I hope I can make it in time for the 1st round admissions too!

Sounds like u're from Canada? I'm in Vancouver. Which schools are u applying to?
