Hello,
I just checked NSU Webstar and found out that I am missing 6hr of English pre reqs
So I checked AADSAS application
And when they verified my GPA, they listed my english courses as non-science...

But in reality i took two writing intensive courses...
Would it affect on decisions 🙁?

Call and ask your schools ASAP. This is the best action you can take right now.
It may affect your decisions if the admissions are waiting for you to send them an academic update with completion of English requirements even though you already took them.

This also happened to me. LECOM is the only school to email me and ask me about it. The courses are listed in the course work on my application just not the academic audit. So I feel like if they haven't contacted us about it, maybe they read through your whole application and picked up on the error? Ive received interviews at schools who require 6 credits of English and they didn't ask me about it. So assume I'm ok?

So am I...
I went 7 interviews and only one school (buffalo) asked me about it....

I had a similar issue, AADSAS categorized a course I took as English 2 years ago so I assumed I had my English requirements met - then this year they arbitrarily decided the same course didn't count as English anymore so I'm one requirement short at most schools. The only school that pushed back on it was UTHSC, who called and asked. Upenn asked about it at the interview and were understanding enough to re-categorize the course for me on their end, and I'm assuming most other schools will be too.

Not all schools will necessarily ask you about it because most will simply assume you will have the required credits completed prior to matriculation.

Aadsas does not categorize a lot of writing-intensive courses as English; individual schools may re-categorize them as English. It would be best to ask schools asap. I general no-schools know it's really easy to cram english courses in last-minute if you really needed.
