Do you think that dental schools or aadsas contact a company to verify you went on a Dental Mission to Central America? If you talk about a dental mission to central america in your personal statement and leave it out of your 'Professional Experience' because you have 10 other things you want to mention, is it a big deal?

So let me rephrase your question "Is it ok if I lie about going on a dental mission trip to central america?"

I believe you should lie so they catch you and you don't go to dental school. k thx bye

That is not the question I asked. I did indeed go on the mission trip. I talk about it a lot in my essay but wanted to include other volunteering/community service/extracurriculars in my (very limited) list of 10 things for that section. I was just wondering if 1. They call these places to verify that we went on the trip. and 2. There will be a problem if the trip is discussed in my essay but not included on the aadsas lists under professional experience

If you went on the trip, then you should not have to worry if they call.

Well then to answer...

No they will not care if you do not list it. The point of the personal statement is to tell them stuff about you and usually stuff you could not list/fit anywhere else. They might ask you during interview. Although, a trip to central america (to me at least) seems somewhat important and since you list stuff in order of importance on the application I would hope your other 10 things are much more important.
