AADSAS Portal Question

Is anyone having trouble logging into the AADSAS portal? I'm a 2017 Cycle applicant so, of course, I have an account on the portal, but I can't log in. When I request to change my password, the portal says my email isn't registered. I've already contacted AADSAS for help and am waiting for their reply, but I'm curious if anyone else is having my same problem. Is it because the 2017 Cycle has closed? (Perhaps I missed the memo, but I didn't see anything saying my account would be closed though.)

Yeah, you were able to access the app until May 1st, 2017.

"You will be able to access your 2016-2017 application until May 1, 2017. Please be sure to print a copy of your 2016-2017 application for your records before this time."

Thank you! I guess I didn't need it since I'm supposed to send my spring transcript straight to the school anyway.
