have you performed any activities that requires manual dexterity? if so, explain, if not, skip....
oy these questions are really startign to get f*ing ridiculous as hell. If you can't figure this out, how the **** do you expect to go to dental schoo, graduate, and work on people's teeth?!? Not on me you're not!
elz787 said:you're an ass. i was just wondering what types of activities would qualify, maybe i should have re-phrased the question.
elz787 said:just thought i'd make it extra clear.
ianwright said:don't you remember when your professors told you no question is a stupid question?
mvs04 said:yeah, and that's bull****. Good professors will tell you when your question is stupid and will not waste the class' time in answering it.
examples of manual dexterity activities:
sculpture/design majors
recreational lock-picking
piano/keyboard instrument players (very common)
those people who collect and paint little figurines and trainsets
working on cars/motorcycles
really good at makign girls orgasm
magicians (i did tricks at one of my interviews)
those engineer pen twirlers (though they will ask you to demonstrate)
etc. etc....

Biogirl361 said:basically any musical instrument would apply, also many arts/crafts such as knitting, painting, sculpture, models...if you like to fish, put down tying fishing lures.... this question is pretty open to interpretation, there isn't really any wrong answer within reason. if you can't think of any right away, ask your parents if they can think of anything, i know mine reminded me of several things i do/have done that i could put down.
ianwright said:Most of the things that i'm good at with my hands are way too embarrasing to mention on the application 😳
cowsgomoo said:hey would play being a bowler in cricket or pitcher in baseball be considered a sign of good manual dexterity. both these need exceptional control of fingers but i dont know if i should put these down.
Mustt Mustt said:if you are Wasim Akram you can tell them that you are the best bowler in the world and they will take you without any questions. jk... I think that it is definitely manual dexterity and you can put that down without a questions. Also, batsman or batter in baseball can be put down as manual dexterity because it involves great hand eye co-ordination skill.
