Will aadsas send out your application before all letters of recommendation are recieved? I had heard that they will send your application first, followed by letters as they come in.

They will send out your application as soon as its verified (GPAs check, etc). If you have all your letters in by then, they'll send those out as well, but if you get them in later they'll send them out as they come in.
