AADSAS question

The AADSAS application only allows 175 characters to describe each research experience, not nearly enough room to cite publications and describe what you did. I have a couple of publications but don't know whether i should just cite them or actually describe what I did (in as much detail as 175 character will allow). What did you guys do?
