So I did not end up applying via AADSAS last year. I took my DAT too late and it was kind of pointless to do so. That being said, all my information is still on the application online. Come June 4th does all of this delete and I must refill it? And.. Is my DAT score still attached to my account? Final question, whens the best to send the transcript.. now or close to June 4th since the application is 'last cycles'.

When I had to re-apply, AADSAS saves some of your information from previous years. There are portions of the app that will need to be filled out again. I think I needed to fill out my grades again and my EC's and shadowing, I think.
Your DAT score is linked to your DENTPIN. You should have this from the ADEA. If not go to their website and get it. In fact the DENTPIN is something you have to put in the AADSAS to link the DAT to you.
You can send your transcripts whenever you have the barcode to print out and attach with to send in to AADSAS. This is how your transcript is matched with your AADSAS account.
Hope this helps...Good luck

Unless you actually clicked SUBMIT (and paid), your info will not be there.

That is true. Not a big deal though, just re-enter everything and get your DENTPIN so that AADSAS has your DAT.

It's for reapplying applicants. Not people who just filled out their info and didn't do anything with it. This was just implemented last year. This is what AADSAS said last year and it's what they say this year:

An applicants' previous application materials must have been completed and mailed to dental schools in the 2012 cycle to utilize this feature in 2013.

Q: I applied to ADEA AADSAS last year and would like to reapply. Can I carry over my information?

A: If your ADEA AADSAS application was MAILED to schools last cycle, you are eligible to have your application information imported to the new cycle. Please click the link "Re-applying to ADEA AADSAS" on the login page to proceed with creating a new account. DO NOT CLICK "CREATE NEW ACCOUNT" ON THE HOME PAGE.

Q: If I had an application last year but it wasn't mailed to dental schools, can I carry over any information?

A: ADEA AADSAS cannot carry over any applications that were not mailed last cycle. You will have to create a new account and resubmit all information.

Your verified coursework is included in the information saved and unless you took more classes, transcripts don't need to be verified again.

He already has a DENTPIN if he took the DAT.
