On school decisions page, do most of your decisions say received/under review or received/application complete? And does under review also mean all the application requirements (letters/gpa/dat etc) are received?

I am asking this because I have a research letter for a science class but it wasn't clearly specified in the letter itself. Therefore, if they require that last sci rec, they might not have counted mine and hence, didn't put application complete

Most of mine say received/under review. I assume that means that this means they have all the stuff they require. You could just contact the schools though. Some of them will get back to you.
