AADSAS site - how do I know if applications received?

The ADEA AADSAS site has my applications all mailed as of 7/9/10, however, of the 5 schools I applied to only 2 appear on the Status/Decisions section saying "Received/Under Review". Do some schools no longer use the AADSAS site once they get your application or should I follow up to make sure they received it? They did cash my check that I sent to the school but I didn't know if I should follow up. Thoughts?

I'm in the same boat as you (but 7/30 mailing). I have 3 received/under review or completed. A few weeks ago, I called all the schools I applied to asking if they have received my app. I don't know why my AADSAS doesn't get updated but they told me they've received it... so I'm sure yours is complete as well.

Some schools will just send you emails instead of AADSAS updates.

my mailing date was 7/23 with only 2 LOR.

but i still had 6-7 schools receive/under review out of 13.

8/13 is when the other 2 LOR were finally sent.

nothing has changed since then. well, VCU is "complete" but its been complete since 8/20, and ECU has sent for an interview, which is already scheduled, but still says "under review" in aadsas.

UNC has had my app under review since 8/1 but i have nothing on aadsas for UNC. I actually called them up because i was a bit concerned.

so it all depends on the school. some are on top others just either forget to update or dont bother to.
