AADSAS site is down?

Hello,
This is my first post here but I have been reading for quite some time now. I am having the same problem with AADSAS because I was also trying to finish my application before. I have an aunt that works at the AADSAS office over in Watertown so I just gave her a call and figured I would share the info she gave me. She told me she has no idea how long the servers will be down because they had a major crash from too much site traffic. She told me that as of last Friday over 14,000 applications had been opened and almost 9,000 have been submitted already. She says they were expecting an increase this year but nothing like this so they are scrambling to get servers that can handle a greater traffic load. She said last year at this time only about 7,000 applications had been opened on the website 😱 Why did I wait till this year to apply 🙁
