Aadsas status question

so i have applied but have not taken the DAT yet..my question is if the status on aadsas says under review does this mean that they are interested in the rest of my app and will be considering me once they get my DAT? like would they have rejected me already if the rest of my app sucked and not put my status as under review? or is it possible they didnt look at it at all yet and wouldnt reject until app is complete?

In aadsas go to supplementary information section, the schools have most likely requested that you send in your DAT's before they render any decision.
