If the grades are going to significantly increase your GPA, wait it out. Otherwise, August is pretty late, and you'd still have to wait for verification. Aren't you reapplying? I see lots of schools tell reapplicants that they need to apply earlier. It likely isn't worth the wait.

Yes, I am a re-applicant. I guess I'm getting confused by everything because I've spoken to a few adcom members from different schools and some are telling me to wait it out and have everything in (since I'll have a masters degree after summer classes) while others are saying apply ASAP. So I'm sort of left feeling -- lol

I agree with your logic though that I should probably apply ASAP if my grades aren't going to significantly increase.
