What is the average wait time for the portions of the AADSAS application
for example

transcript approval
DAT scores
LOR (from interfolio)

and the overall delay of the whole application once complete

I didn't do interfolio.

DAT scores took two weeks to post after taking the test.
Transcripts and GPAs took about a week and a half to be approved.

it depends when u apply. when u apply early.. it takes awhile since everyone is trying to get it in (peak month is june and july). if u apply late, its alot faster ..


I did regular letters instead of interfolio.
i applied the week of june 20 but my letters didnt get verified until july 17th when I sent it in june 20 (so it takes a month to get letters verified).

wow, thats a long time. So when everything was verified was there another delay for the schools to receive your application

I have not been the application cycle yet, but i have experience sending transcripts. How you do that is by tell the school to mail to an address (in this case the AADSAS office)

Assuming that you get everything thing in on time at the very earliest, it can take up to 1 month since June and July are the busiest. After July, it really depends. I've heard people getting their GPA verification as early as a few days or a week since they applied later in the cycle and there are less people applying late.

follow direction on AADSAS. Before you ask school to send transcript you need to print out a page that has to be attach to your transcript which include your AADSAS ID and info so they can easily locate your file when you send it to them. But every year AADSAS changes so make sure you read carefully for directions 🙂

My GPA got verified in less than 12 hours. I submitted late July. I'm not sure why it took so little time, but I submitted around 11 pm one night and by the time I woke up (late) the next morning I had an email that my app had been processed/GPA calculated. In general I've heard 7-10 days is typical. I think I was just a lucky fluke that mine was done so quickly.

My letters from interfolio took about a week to be verified.

DAT I don't know. If you already took it before the app cycle opened, it should be there in mid June or thereabouts. If you haven't taken it yet, I've heard it can take several weeks to process, so plan accordingly.

I submitted everything by June 10th or something. It took about 2 weeks for my transcripts and LOR's to be verified.
