I am curious to know how far back to go with my "work experiences"?

I am a post-bacc who was in consuting for 3.5 years after college. Does AADSAS want to hear about summer employment when i was in college? Internships?

If there are other non-traditional applicants out there who worked after college, i'd be interested in hearing how you approached this section...
