does anyone know if the required forms such as the letter of rec cover sheet, and the transcript cover sheet are already available on the website?Or do we have to wait for the application to become available in order to access those forms?

I called them and the lady I spoke with told me I had to wait until the 16th of May. However, I could have the letters of recommendation written without the matching form if my name was consistent. For example, I don't have a nickname or use my middle name. Hope this helps.
