they are a bit behind b/c of the hurricain... i submitted my application on line on Sep 14th and they have NO info available about it as of yet!!!

I submitted on Aug 19th and all I heard from AADSAS is it will
be sent out on 18th mailing...I do not expect to hear anything
from any schools till Oct. end. 18th mailing according to Gavin is
18th week of processing 2004 applications, but I do not the
1st week ...so just have patience and your number will come.

Vishal, the 18th batch DOES mean thea 18th group of applications sent out, but the batches don't correlate with weeks (at least I don't think so).
Last year it seemed it took forever to get the first couple of batches out, and then towards the end of the cycle (Januaryish) it seemed like batches were going out every 2-3 days.
Anybody know more about how batches are working this year?

I think you should hear back earlier, at least that schools have gotten your info. I was told that the 20th mailing will go out no later than this friday, so yours should've went out about two weeks ago. They must be WAAY behind, though. I had a correction to send in, and was told it would take two weeks to get to schools. If in fact it gets sent out this week, it will be five weeks! I'm afraid this may have killed my chances for early interviews, as most schools won't look at my app until they receive the corrections.
