Just took AAMC 11 and scored a lowly 26 8/8/10 PS and verbal were below my averages of 11 and 9 respectively. My exam is June 5th and I'm panicking--can someone share what their aamc 11 score was compared to the real thing please? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I ended up scoring exactly the average of my 3 AAMC tests, FWIW.[/QUOTE]
Ive taken all the aamc exams my average is around 28-29 highest 32 (aamc 9). I also took the exams in order but I have no confidence after a 26 on 11.

Eh, you had a bad test. No big deal. I actually did best on 11, go figure. I wouldn't worry about it. The error in test scores is about 2-3 points up or down if I remember the AAMC pdf correctly. If you've been averaging 28-29 you'll probably get about that if you keep your head through the test.

Need some advice guys, my MCAT is like 2 weeks away and i took my first AAMC practice test. It was my first full length test after content review. I've mostly studied using EK questions. I took the free AAMC 3 and scored 4, 9, 8....21! this is even lower than my Kaplan diagnostic of 22 that I took before I had done any studying. I'm really discouraged and don't know what to do, I really should have taken a FL earlier. Obviously the physical sciences section is my weakness. Do I postpone do i keep taking AAMC FL's from here on out after going over my questions. For the bio section I thought I had done pretty well, there was 1 passage that I just completely blew and got every question wrong but other than that passage it was decent and I still only got an 8. Do you know how accurate AAMC 3 is and how well it correlates with the real thing?

Heavily review the Aamc 3 and then take another AAMC and go from there.

It could have been a fluke @mcattaker
Or maybe you need to review content before you jump into taking more tests. Because a score of anything below a 7 on any practice test means you dont have enough content in the sciences.

Something similar happened to me, too. I took AAMC 11 a week before the actual test and scored a 28 (I wasn't very focused) when my average was ~34 from the other AAMC tests. I was a bit nervous because of this but I was able to convince myself that its not a big deal. I took the real MCAT yesterday and although I do not know my score yet obviously, I feel like it went pretty well. Don't sweat it and just remember all the preparation you have done.

I scored a couple points higher on the real thing than 11. I did get the same exact VR and BS scores, but my PS was a couple points higher.
