    how do people rank this test difficulty wise? I made alot of dumb mistakes and ended up with 12, 9, 10(31 total). I usually do really well on bio but i guess i was tired or something. Im getting scared because im taking the april 7th exam which is only a month away.

    4R is a beast. It's the toughest of the AAMC ones in my opinion.

    PS of 4R is pretty calculation heavy for an AAMC exam. I almost ran out of time. I got a 10 on BS. I usually am pretty good with physiology which it seemed to have more of. Overall I agree with Drbowtie, its the toughest AAMC

    My scores on the practice tests were like:

    35, 32, 35, 31, 33, 33, 37

    3 -> 9

    So, 4R was one of the harder ones for me as well.

    I concure. I've only taken 3 and 4. My score on 4 was very similar to the OP's and it was several points lower than my score on 3.
