According to the aamc website under "medical schools..."
The AAMC represents the 125 accredited M.D.-granting U.S. medical schools and the 17 accredited Canadian medical schools.
There are other places that will prepare you for the USMLE even though they are not AAMC members.

I know there is a university in Mexic that is accreditted by aamc but they require learning spanish by the 3rd year. i am looking for alternative universities that are accepted.

Schools aren't accredited by the AAMC directly. They are referred to as LCME accredited schools. You can find more information here:

You might check us world news report. They tell you the schools as well as which ones are the top ranked. Also a search tool. I found it very usefull and i think you will too.
Doesn't the US world news only comment on US medical schools?
No, also "world" medical schools.
Do i need to have subscribed to the usnews, because I can't find it. can you direct me to it?
