Is it like the real MCAT? More reflective than AAMC 11?

They are a bunch of old AAMC passages and discretes. I found it to be very helpful because it gave me a lot of practice and familiarity with the lay out and question types the AAMC asks. It also helps you diagnose your weaknesses; the 120 questions or so for each subject spans pretty much every topic (i.e. newtonian mechanics, sounds, optics, waves for physics).

Haven't really looked into it, but from what I remember the assessment is a DIAGNOSTIC test that's meant to highlight your weaknesses. It's as far from the real MCAT as you can get (relative to AAMC 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11).
