Confused by AAMC's reasoning for why choice A is incorrect. They say, "Addition of cholinesterase blocker would produce buildup of Ach in the synapse and prevent receptors from responding to impulses."

What? lol. Isn't this how Nerve agents work? Don't they inhibit achesterase from breaking down Ach, thus causing activation of receptors and subsequent convulsions?

The key word here is "repeated." They're asking which wouldn't affect the repeated transmission of impulses, meaning not continuous stimulation but rather sequential stimulations.
