Hi,
I know that the GPA AAMC calculate is the more important than my transcript GPA. In my school, they don't use +/- system in the course grade. Meaning that there is no difference whether you get A+ or A-, they both count as 4.00. That being said only some professors will use this system (even though it makes no difference in transcript GPA).
So I had some courses that I got really good grades in them but I have an A on my transcript. How will this affect my overall AAMC GPA?

Thanks

You don't get to assign the value of the grade you received - you can only enter the grade exactly as it appears on your transcript (A, A-, etc.) and AMCAS will calculate the GPA for you. This is because many schools assign different values for A, A-, B+, etc. and comparing across students wouldn't be quite fair.
