I know it varies by test, but is there a general consensus on percent correct and percentiles on the new mcat? Are the per-section scores based on percent correct also, or are they based on percentiles? Is there a table that correlates percent correct with percentiles?

No. It doesn't exist yet. For now, just look at the Compilation of Exam Scores that's on this page to see how people fared on their practice and actual exam.
