AAMC Practice Material

Does anyone know how the AAMC Practice Material (not the old exams but the assortment of 30 or so passages in Physical, Biological, and Verbal) compares to the actual exams? These are the passages the Kaplan suggests as supplementary material ("strongly recommended"). I have yet to take a full length AAMC and am curious.

PS and BS ones are comparable to me.

VR ones in the AAMC Practice Materials are way easier and unrepresentative of the real thing.

it seems like most SDN likes EK's 1001 verbal so stick to AAMC's for PS/BS and ek1001 for verbal

I like Kaplan's PS sections for practice...it's way harder than the AAMC, but in a good way.
