AAMC rules for MD-PhD and MD programs

I have accepted an MD-PhD offer. However I am on the waitlist for another MD-PhD program and have an MD offer at this school.

Am I allowed (according to AAMC rules) to continue to concurrently hold the MD-PhD offer and the MD offer after April 30th?

Apparently I won't find out about my MD-PhD waitlist status at the second school until late next week.
