I was just wondering what everyone, who has taken it, thinks about the new scaled full length. Personally I thought the verbal was challenging. Would like to know other opinions?

-sorry if this has been discussed in other threads

I did pretty terrible on verbal (125) and thought it was very rough compared to other material, even the AAMC CARS packs.
Other sections weren't too bad. I still feel like psych is my weak point and it's the easiest to raise a score by just flat out reviewing terms.

The CARS portion of the scaled FL was definitely more difficult than the nonscaled exam that AAMC released. The other sections seemed pretty on par in terms of difficulty with the nonscaled. I'll be taking the exam on Saturday, so if your exam is scheduled for later, I'll give you more feedback on how the scaled FL compared to the real thing.

Having said that, I scored fairly closely on both of the AAMC FLs (give or take 1,2 points per section)

Agree with all of the posts. Verbal was a killer, glad that I wasn't the only one feeling it. I went to the solutions after taking the exam, and to be honest, I didn't agree with some of the answers they had provided. Also, this scale is very odd. I was getting ~70% of the questions yet I only got 57th percentile (502). This scale seems a little harsh, what do you guys think?

Also, I found that the Bio and Psychology were easier than the first AAMC non-scaled FL, but found the physical science portion to be a lot more difficult than the first non-scaled FL.
