aamc transcript trouble

hey guys
so I have a bit of a situation.
So I sent my transcript a long time ago before the quarter was over (my school is quarter system).
The aamcs said that they would verify up to the quarter before.
My question is that this last quarter I took calculus II and I am wondering that if it not verified with the aamcs will the med schools count it?
This situation is very urgent to me because I didn't realize I made this mistake. There was no other reason to not send an update transcript other than the time it will take to process.
I am wondering if it's worth it.
Let me know ASAP.
