When should one call to make sure AAMC received their transcripts? Or can you check online? What number do you call/where do you find the number?

When your transcripts have been received, AMCAS will send an email to the address you provide on your AMCAS. When I received the emails, I thought it was a bit strange since I haven't submitted my app yet, but apparently they have access to all of your contact info. Hope this helps. 🙂

Hey-

They send you a verification e-mail when they receive it. Mine was within a week from when I requested it from my school; however, it will depend on how long it takes your school to send it to them.

I worked at a pharmacy for a winter and 2 summers. How should I indicated this on AMCAS. For example, I worked from 2/01 - 8/01 at Rite Aide, 05/02 - 08/02 at Rite Aide, and 05/02 - 08/01 at an Independent Pharmacy.
