I agree. There was a whole lot of sympathetic skin response and not very much radiculopathy.

Interesting comment. I had noticed that the 2006 and 2007 exams had a significant shift towards more of a "Neurology" focus. 2000 through 2005 exams were much more geared towards the subjects more relevant to physiatrists. That being said, other than a few goofy questions, I thought the exam this year was quite straight forward.

Mostly straight forward, but you're right, there was a crapload about SFEMG, autonomics, etc. After last year, I guess I should have learned it.
