It seems to me that I spent a bit of time and money filling out the AASDAS app. Now that it is finally sent out I am getting requests for secondaries that have the same questions and an additional fee. WTF? I mean seriously is this a grift or what? any thoughts comments?

I agree that it's crazy-go-nuts that they charge you even more money. But think of it this way: you're probably going to dig yourself a quarter of a million bucks into debt anyway in the near future. What's another $65 here or $75 there?

true true, but you are getting something for that .25 mil. here we may be getting concideration and that is it. For me the money is not the issue. It is questions like where did you go to college. and essays that are identical or already answered by the AASDAS essay. or even what are your extra cirr activities. I mean was not that covered???? just venting really. overall it is just a bit silly

what I think.... schools might sort out less serious applicants by giving out secondary applications with the same questions as on the AADSAS app.
those who are not very serious and desperate about dental admission tend to avoid the secondaries and don.t bother filling out. WEll.. a friend of mine just gave up a couple of schools because of that sick secondary application..
So did I for Loma linda cause their secondary has lots of weird questions and also make u contact your evaluators again... dang.. I can't do that.
