Abnormal EKG?

Recently had an ekg and was told it was "abnormal." I am being following by a cardiologist but thought it would be interesting to see what medical students have to say about what makes this abnormal:

QRS interval: 79 ms
QT interval: 322 ms
QTC interval: 438 ms
QRS axis: 92 deg
T wave axis: -22 deg
PR interval: 141 msec
