Can anyone tell how to get a dental assistant/observership position in a clinic? What all documents needed?? I jus need some experience before applying to a dental school. Can anyone throw some light on this?😕

i need advise.. i emailed one dentist for observership and volunteer...
he wants me come for interview...
i dont know wht he will ask me either personal or theortical question?
and what kind of attire would be suitable?

It will probably be a combination of both. At first I would wear dress pants/slacks and a formal shirt.
