I am a foreign graduated dentist and have completed AEGD program and ADEX exam currently in the process of initiating application of dental licensure of Virginia Board. I have ITIN only, no SSN. Also, I am in the process of securing a dental employment that can sponsor H1b visa and would have SSN later on. I would be really grateful if anyone can guide me the license application process without SSN in Virginia.
