Anyone that are attending NSU next year, you need to have a car. (as I have read an earlier post by 2003) Your car will be your transportation here. Without a car, it is very very very difficult to even go to supermarket.
I area where NSU located is a very safe area. I don't even need a club to knock my car at all. It is very safe. I have not heard from any of my classmate saying their car were being damaged so far. I feel this place is very safe and calm.
