hey..does anyone know if NYU requires the classes anatomy and biochemistry?? Also wat gpa and dat score would be considered good enough to get into NYU??? Thanks to those that reply

check the NYU dental website for the pre-reqs. i know they don't require anatomy b/c i never took it and i just interviewed.

as for GPA and DAT score.....3.5 and 20 should be good enough to get you an interview. NYU is not a safety school....there is no such thing as a safety school when it comes to d-school.

no biochem...but double check on that too.
>3.2 and >19 are good.

I called and was told that biochem isn't required. I had initially said I would be taking it this spring, but changed my mind because their website said it wasn't required. When I called to check they said I was ok not taking it, as long as I had other biology/chemistry credits to cover the basic requirement.
